AND...
New fitness regime coming up...
Honestly... it's more of a Confidence Regime.
I miss having the inner confidence whereby you are so fit that you know you can outrun people, are more agile than others, know that you look good...etc...
I used to feel like that, so much so that I wished that someone would do a snatch theft on me and I'll run after that bugger and hammer him or her...because I know I can...
SO...
It started this morning.
Got out of bed at 7.15am and ran to McRitchie's Fitness corner A and back home.
Total distance covered... According to route markers... About 3km.
Not too far, but it's just a start.
McRitchie is great...
Wildlife and all...
BUT
While at the fitness station doing sit-ups and push-ups and all that torturous stuff...
A monkey sneaked up on me and stole my water bottle!
It just snatched my blue bottle off the bench!
Then a group of American tourists just stood around laughing and taking photographs and asking me rhetorical questions.
So much for encouragement...
I'm going to run like that every Tuesday and Thursday.
Before work.
I could and I should.
3km... is still a distance.
And... it's bloody brilliant for me already because I have something against running.
Thinking of changing my diet too.
Maybe lose some unnecessary weight.
Breakfast would be fruit.
No rice (I'm already not eating rice)
No carbonated sweet drinks.
No white sugar...
Think I'll be able to survive on this diet?
It's going to be tough.
But to look good and to up my game...
I'm willing to try.
Might try gym too... Not that I know what to do there...as of yet...
